the nightly newsmagazine airing on local NBC affiliate WCSH, in which she talked about her career path, including her time working with Ina Garten, and the ߲о-inspired recipe that made its way into the cookbook.

"Lidey subscribes to the same theory of home cooking that I do," says Garten in the cookbook’s foreword.

"We all want recipes that have ingredients you can buy in almost any grocery store, recipes that are easy enough to make without breaking a sweat that will be delicious and satisfying for either an ordinary weekday dinner or for a special occasion."

Heuck was back on campus to participate in the panel discussion, Garden to Goods: Businesses That Bring Sustainable Agriculture to the Community, sponsored by Career Exploration and Development (CXD).

Heuck has appeared in episodes of Barefoot Contessa and on Magnolia Network’s The Lost Kitchen with Erin French, for whom she interned in Freedom, Maine.

She also has been featured in Food & WineFood Network Magazine, Apartment Therapy, Food52, Delish, and The Kitchn. Heuck was featured in ߲о Magazine’s winter 2015 issue.
