The reinstalled º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ Gallery integrates paintings and decorative arts from the Baroque era through the 19th century. This exhibition examines the scope of artistic influences in an age of intercontinental exploration and trade. Included in the exhibition are 18th-century American portraits which conform to the "Grand Manner" of European painting, and some which reflect the fledgling democracy's transition to an indigenous style.

This º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ Gallery reinstallation presents lesser-known gems of the º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ Museum of Art's collection, such as bronze animal figurines by French sculptor Antoine-Louise Barye, alongside distinguished masterpieces such as Benjamin West's "Portrait of Sir Robert Stuart" and John Singleton Copley's "Portrait of Benjamin Hallowell."
