Opportunity to work with LJ Roberts, halley k harrisburg ’90 and Michael Rosenfeld Artist in Residence
By º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ Museum of ArtLJ Roberts, halley k harrisburg ’90 and Michael Rosenfeld Artist in Residence, will be working on campus from Tuesday, October 17 through Friday, October 27, 2023.
All º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ students are welcome to for an opportunity to contribute to a new project being developed by artist LJ Roberts. The hybrid textile-sculpture explores the history of queer and trans communities in the United States in the Post-Stonewall era. Artists, Historians, Digital Natives, Crafters, Story Tellers, Dreamers, and Problem Solvers all needed!
From Tuesday, Oct. 17th – Friday, Oct. 27th, students can contribute their talents by joining LJ in their studio (Edwards 202) in blocks of time ranging from 1 – 3 hours three days a week, on Mondays through Wednesdays, 9 am – 12 pm and 1 – 4 pm; with flex time to drop in without appointment on Friday morning, 9 am – 12 pm. 2 - 3 students in the studio at a time is optimal, but there is flexibility. Students are free to sign up for multiple blocks of time.
