Our basic document printing services cater to a variety of needs, including printing reports, resumes, flyers, presentations, and more.

Options:

• Letter size (8.5x11)
• Legal size (8.5x14) 
• Double sided
• Staples (top left corner, or 2 staples on side)

We offer 3 options for bound books:

Black Thermal Binding:
Black thermal binding offers a sleek and professional look to your document. The spine of your book will be heated to bind the pages together and then covered in a black vinyl strip for added durability. 

Spiral Comb Binding:
Comb binding allows pages of your document to be turned easily and enables your book to lie flat when opened. This is a slower and more labor intensive binding options so please allow for at least 2-3 day turn around time on comb binding jobs.

Saddle Stitch:
Saddle stitch is a simple and cost-effective binding method which involves folding sheets of paper in half and then stapling them together along the fold line, creating a spine. Booklets can be printed at letter size (8.5 x 11) or half letter size (8.5 x 5.5).

Options (available for thermal and comb binding only):

• Clear plastic cover
• Cardstock cover
• Cardstock backing

We offer high quality poster and flyer printing in two main sizes. Letter size posters are perfect for flyers, handouts, or for displaying in smaller spaces, while 11x17 posters are ideal for larger displays, such as bulletin boards, walls, or windows.

Options:

• Letter (8.5 x 11)
• 11 x 17 paper
• Color copy paper (28lb)
• Heavy color copy paper (60lb)

Our large format printing service can handle sizes up to 42 inches wide by 10 feet long, making it ideal for creating large-scale posters, banners, signs, and research presentations.

Options:

• Satin paper (semi gloss, best for high quality color images)
• Matte paper (best for research presentations)

We can print and cut cardstock to a variety of sizes to use as postcards, invitations, business cards, and more!

Please create and submit your files, sized to the final cut size that you would like. We will lay out your card for most efficient printing and cutting.

We offer a variety of folding options for products like pamphlets, table tents, brochures, and envelope inserts.

Options:

• Bi-Fold (Page folded in half)
• Tri-Fold (Page folded twice over the middle section, creating 6 panels)
• Z-Fold (Paper folded twice in a zig zag fasion so it opens like an accordian)
• Single Gate Fold (Each side of the paper is folded to the middle to create 2 panels that open like a door or a gate)

Toner for all Ricoh and Budget Document Technology (BDT) printers is provided to departments free of charge. Most toner is available for same-day pickup at the Mail Center or for next day delivery via campus mail.

Toner orders can be submitted through Papercut. Please include the Ricoh or BDT identification number in the title of your request (the number can be found on a sticker located on the device).
