Mail and packages are received from all service carriers Monday–Friday and must be logged into our tracking system. Email notices are sent out daily for all items received. The Mail Center Annex is open for student package pickup from 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

How do I send item(s) to the college?
Each student is assigned a unique Smith Union address number. Students can locate their number through Polaris. All packages and mail coming to the college must be addressed in the following format:

How do I pickup item(s) once they arrive?
Once a package arrives on campus, it must be logged in to our tracking system. You will receive an email from º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ when your package is ready to pick up at the Smith Union Mail Center Annex.
Package pickup hours are Monday to Friday:
8:30 am–10:00 am
12:30 pm–5:00 pm
Please be sure to bring your º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ ID in order to pick up your item(s).
IMPORTANT: Email notifications from carriers like UPS, USPS, and Fedex are not an indication that your package is ready to pick up. There is a processing delay between when the package is delivered and when it is available for pickup.
