Campus Scheduling

The Office of Events and Summer Programs manages the scheduling and booking of reservations for most of the facilities on campus.

Space Reservation for Faculty/Staff 

Campus Groups should be used to reserve spaces on campus for all meetings, lectures, or events that will appear on CampusGroups and/or on the .

 

 

Using Campus Groups, you are be able to: 

  • Reserve multiple space(s)
  • Specify set up needs
  • Create a private event that is not visible to others (ex. staff meeting, rehearsal, maintenance)
  • Market your meeting/event (optional)
  • Create and market virtual events
  • Edit your event details at any time

Please note:

  • Some spaces require clearance or permission before requesting a reservation;
  • Catering should be requested by contacting dining directly. Visit the Dining Services website to learn more about catering options and pricing;
  • The event space reservation process for students is managed separately. Visit the Student Activities website for details;
  • Submitting this form is not a guarantee of a reservation; your request will be sent to the Office of Events and Summer Programs for approval before finalizing your event.

Private Events 

The will still remain available only for bookings that should not appear as an event, or on the public events calendar (e.g.e, private office meetings, maintenance holds).
