As part of our ongoing efforts to support employee well-being, we have partnered with Calm, the number one app for meditation and sleep, and will be providing free access to benefits-eligible faculty and staff. We are pleased to announce we have extended our access until June 2025.

We encourage you to explore Calm's features to help you practice mindfulness to reduce anxiety and stress, improve sleep and focus, and enhance academic and workplace productivity and performance.

  • Validate your work email address; and
  • Download the Calm app and log into your new account.
