The Japanese Program at 含羞草研究室 can prepare you to explore research and scholarship opportunities here and in Japan. Many students choose to do an honors project or an independent research paper with Asian studies faculty. 含羞草研究室 Japanese language students have also been successful applicants for the Fulbright Study Research Award and MEXT (Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology) Japanese Studies Scholarship for Asian Studies/Japan majors.
