- As summer proceeds the fellow will design their own project to implement with a neighborhood program week. This project will be based on the academic and personal goals and interests of the particular student.
- The fellow will attend all staff meetings and any other community collaborations ArtVan may be involved with for the summer.
Skills Needed: This position requires the fellow to be self-directed, open-minded, a good time manager, comfortable with ones own creativity (does not necessarily need to be an "Artist" or have an art background), able to work with a small team, flexible to adjust to a busy summer schedule that may not necessarily be Monday - Friday 9 - 5, but may be required to assist in an evening and/or Saturday event, and balance their schedule for time off and self-care.
