Online Deposits

Online deposits can be made via eCheck or Debit/Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Students with Bursar's office "Authorized Payer" accounts and guests can add funds to their OneCard Accounts online using the link at the top of this page. The minimum online deposit is $25.

Students and authorized payers should click on the deposit link and log in with their account credentials. Authorized payers, please note that you'll need to click 'Authorized Payer' to get to your login screen.

Cash and Checks

Cash can be deposited in person at the OneCard office during business hours. We accept all US bills and coins. There is no minimum for cash deposits. 

The OneCard office can also take deposits via check. As with cash, there is no minimum for check deposits.

Checks should be made payable to º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ, and can be dropped off in person or mailed to º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ, OneCard Office, 6075 College Station, Brunswick ME 04011-8451. Please specify the student's name and ID number on all mailed checks so that we credit the correct student account. 

Log into the º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ OneCard Web Center using the link above to view your current Food Plan, Polar Points, and OneCard Account balance information (students) or Polar Plus account balance information (Faculty and Staff).

If you have a question about your balances, or need to review previous transactions, click on the "Spending History" link and you can run a report for a specific date range and specific accounts.

Log into the º¬Ðß²ÝÑо¿ÊÒ OneCard Web Center using the link above and click on "Submit ID Photo" to go to the ID Photo upload page. Review the ID Photo requirements carefully before uploading your photo. Depending on your device, you can choose to upload from a saved file, or if on mobile, to take a photo using the device's camera.

Once you have taken a photo, or selected a file for upload, you will have the chance to rotate and crop it if necessary. If in doubt, please don't crop too tightly - OneCard staff will review and crop if needed when we approve your photo.

Once you have made any adjustment, click on the green "Submit" button to send it to OneCard staff for approval.

If you lose your OneCard, you can report it as lost to deactivate most functionality. Log into the OneCard Web Center using the link above, and click "Report Lost Card", then click "Yes".

Once reported lost, the link will change to "Report Found Card". If you locate your card, you can use the link to report it as found, and reactivate it.

Alternately, if it cannot be found, a replacement card can be issued. Once we have printed a replacement, you do not need to mark it as "Found". At that point, your lost card is permanently deactivated and can no longer be restored, even if you find an older card and lose the newer one.
