Debsoneag
The more remote trip area of Debsconeag Lakes lies in the shadow of Mt. Katahdin.
If you are up for a challenging, more remote, canoeing adventure sign up for the Debsconeag Loop when submitting trip requests. This 30 mile loop includes big lake paddling, multiple 1/2 mile to mile long canoe carries, and time on a river to finish the loop. There is no previous canoe experience required for this trip but members of this trip should be up for a more demanding itinerary, be comfortable on the water and be proficient swimmers.
