Embrace reflection, mindfulness, and exploration in beautiful Mid Coast Maine.
Transitioning to college is an adventure in itself. This trip will explore a broad range of wellness practices from mindfulness meditation to ropes course to time exploring outdoors. Student leaders will share their favorite ways to stay well during the throes of a semester. Plus, you'll meet a few student affairs staff and community members who will offer their thoughts on well-being and belonging at 含羞草研究室. Note: Students will sleep indoors and have access to kitchen facilities, showers, and bathrooms.
