Milbridge Community
Engage with the Milbridge community, located in Downeast Maine and home to a growing community of Latinx migrant and seasonal farm workers.
Students will connect with organizations serving the local community, including migrant farm workers, such as Mano en Mano, Healthy Acadia, and the Maine Mobile Health Program. Students will learn about the rural Downeast Maine region and will have the opportunity to explore the area through excursions to the Cutler Coast. Note: Students will be sleeping indoors and have access to showers.
